On August 19, 2015, ICHEI’s project team visited the International Research and Training Centre for Rural Education (INRULED) in Beijing. INRULED’s history and activities in its contribution to the development of rural education over the past 20 years have been impressive and Dr. Li Wang’s words were encouraging – “Now it is high time for you to apply Shenzhen’s resources to work with Member States in Asia and Africa through UNESCO’s global networks.”
